1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas ( about 3 large)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
generously grease bottom of loaf pan 9x5x3 inches, stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened, beat vigorously 1 minute
bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes, cool 10 minutes
