8 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, add salt and cream of tartar. Beat. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake at 300 for 25 to 30 minutes. Put on brown paper.
