Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cup flour
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
sift above ingredients together
Add:
3 eggs'1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 1/8 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
mix well. bake in 2 regular size loaf pans, greased and floured, or use 4 small loaf pans
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour for large pans, less time for small pans. top of loaves will crack.
remove from pans and pour icing over loaves while hot.

Icing:
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
mix all together and heat, just until sugar is dissolved. pour over loaf while hot
