Cupcakes:
3 – 8 ounce bricks of cream cheese
5 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoons vanilla

Cupcakes:
Mix all ingredients together in mixer or blender. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Fill each ¾ full. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven let stand 5 minutes. They will fall in the middle. Fill depression with topping.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the top of the cupcakes in the depression.

Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool in muffin tins exactly 10 minutes. Remove from tins. When cool, top with pie filling of your choice. Makes 24 cupcakes.
