1 cups flour
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon powdered cloves
1 cup sugar
cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups apples, coarsely chopped
cup raisins
cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Mix 1 cup sugar with oil; add eggs and vanilla, then stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Add flour and stir until mixed. Grease bread pan and line with wax paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle top with sugar.
