2 sticks Butter
2 c. Light Brown Sugar, packed
½ c. White Karo Syrup
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6 qt. Popped Popcorn
½ c. Roasted Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and syrup and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute, stirring. Boil exactly five minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in the salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Pour over the popped popcorn, mixing well. Put the mixture onto two large cookie sheets. Bake at 250º for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from heat and pour the mixtures into a large bowl. Add the nuts and mix well. Cool, stirring every 15 minutes to separate.
