1 3 oz. pkg. chicken ramen noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 lg. head of napa cabbage, shredded and chopped
6 green onions
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/8 cup sugar

Crush noodles and brown in butter over medium heat. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Add seasoning pack from noodles and cool. Toss into large bowl with chopped cabbage. Prepare dressing by mixing oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a medium size sauce pan. Heat until warm and sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over salad. Toss and serve.
