3 cup sugar 1 cup salad oil 3 eggs 1 can pumpkin 3 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp soda 1 1/2 cup raisins
Beat sugar and oil, beat in eggs one at a time, stir in pumpkin, sift in dry ingredients, blend into batter, pour into ungreased tube center cake pan, bottom is lined with circle of wax paper Bake @ 350 1 1/4 hours cool in pan, don't invert, remove when cool
