2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, 6.25 oz. each
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup black olives, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Crostini or toasted baguette slices
extra parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving juice for another use. Pat dry and chop artichoke hearts. Mix together with all remaining ingredients.

Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of topping on each crostini or baguette slice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
