1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box vanilla instant pudding, 6-serving
6 tsp Amaretto
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup amaretto
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, pudding mix, water, oil, almond extract, and 6 tsp amaretto; blend together well. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes until cake tests done. Remove from oven and while still hot poke holes in bottom and pour amaretto icing (recipe below) over bottom of cake. Let cool at least 2 hours before removing from pan.

Amaretto icing: place powdered sugar in measuring cup. Stir in small amounts of Amaretto until desired consistency is achieved. It should coat the back of a spoon, yet pour easily.

Almond extract may be substituted for the Amaretto in the cake. Extract may also be substituted in the icing: 6 tsp to 1/4 cup water.
