1/12 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
4 eggs (beaten)
3/4 c. oil
1 onion (finely chopped)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish (9 X 13). Bake at 350 º for 30 to 45 minutes.
