Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Add in flour 1 cup at a time. Chill. Roll out 1/8 of dough into pie shape, spread with desired jam and cut into wedge shapes and roll from large end to small end. Place on baking sheet and bake 375º for 15 - 20 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
