2 2/3 c. water 2/3 c. quick cooking grits 2 TBSP butter 2 eggs, lightly beaten 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Bring water to boil; add grits and cook stirring often, approximately 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Add butter and next 4 ingredients until blended. Place grits into greased casserole. Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes.
