2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP onion chopped
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. liquid from spinach
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt to taste
3 oz Jalapeño cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to pkg directions. Drain well and save juice. Melt butter in saucepan and add onion. Cook slightly and add flour blending until smooth. Add liquids to make sauce. Add other ingredients including cheese. Mix with spinach and place in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until heated thoroughly.
