2 large sweet potatoes 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 TBSP. corn syrup 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Boil whole sweet potatoes with skins on until tender. Cool to lukewarm. Peel and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices into a greased casserole dish. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add sugar, corn syrup, pecans, and cinnamon. Cook until thickened and pour over sweet potatoes. Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes.
