4- Boxes Salt
1/2 c. black pepper
3 TBSP. ground ginger
1 TBSP Red Pepper (crushed)
4 TBSP. Cayenne Pepper
2/3 c. chopped fresh garlic


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let stand uncovered in a dry place overnight or until the garlic dries. Store in covered jars.
