4 cups cubed cooked chicken (about 1-3/4 pound)
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 celery rib, cut into 1/4" thick slices (1 cup)
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
2 cups halved seedless red grapes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
