9 inch shell (baked)
3 1/2 c. to 1 quart strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Directions:
Line baked shell with strawberries.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and water. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear (10 to 15 minutes).
Pour over berries. Chill.

Fresh peaches or raspberries may be substituted. Add cinnamon.
Add food coloring.
