6 tbsp. shortening
1 egg yolk
3 c. sifted confection sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, blend in egg yolk. Sift sugar & cocoa together an add alternately with enough hot liquid to make icing smooth and easy to spread.

For mocha icing use 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa. Use hot coffee instead of water
