3 beaten eggs
2-1/4 cups milk
3 cups sifted flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups of oil
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in an 8" skillet until temperature is 360ºF. Combine eggs and milk. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Use funnel or 1/2 cup measuring cup and pour into oil making a circle. Cook for 1-3 minutes until golden. Serve with syrup and confectionery sugar.
