2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal powderized
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz bag of chocolate chips
1 - 8oz finely grated hershey bar
3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together in a separate bowl, flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Make golf ball sized balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 350F. Do not over bake.
