Pastry for 9 " 2 Crust Pie 2 TBSP margarine 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp pepper 3/4 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. milk 2 c. cubed chicken 1 - 10 oz frozen peas 1- 10 oz frozen corn 1/2- 10 oz frozen carrots
Preheat oven to 425º. Melt margarine and add flour to begin roux. Slowly add broth and milk. Add chicken. Cook vegetables according to pkg instructions, drain and add to chicken mixture. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Cover top with pie pastry. Bake35-40 minutes.
