3/4 lb. beef-ground twice
1/4 lb. pork-ground twice
1 tbsp chopped onion sautéed in 1 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs soaked in 1/2 cup pet milk, 1/2 cup water mixture
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix all well and form into small balls. Fry slowly over medium heat or low heat.
