Unbaked 9" Pie crust
3 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups scalded milk
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, salt, and add milk gradually. Mix thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 40 min. at 425. It is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
