2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 boxes (10-oz) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 Tb. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish (1-1/2-2 quart). Dot with butter and top with 10 crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
