2 c. (12 ox.) milk chocolate chips-divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese-softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. walnuts or pecans-- chopped
1 box ( 1 lb.) confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips and cream cheese.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Gradually add confectioners' sugar, stirring until well mixed and smoothed.
Pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
Refrigerate.
Cut into about 1 inch squares
