1/4 lb thin noodles
Salt
1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Drop noodles into a large quantity of boiling well salted (2 teaspoons) water. Cook about 2-3 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook.
2. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Toss with butter and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
