1 lb. narrow noodles
2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 lg. can plum tomatoes
1 tbl. olive oil
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 sm. cloves garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, trim asparagus. Cut in half. Dry. Heat olive oil, add garlic and asparagus; saute 10 minutes over low heat. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; cover, simmer over low heat one hour. Stir to prevent sticking. Cook noodles per instructions. Drain, place on hot platter. Cover with asparagus, sauce and cheese.
