3 cans of Minestrone soup
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can corn
1 can of green beans
1 15 oz. can of chunky tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 can beef broth
1 lb. of ground beef, browned
1 chopped onion (can use frozen)
tsp. cumin
2 T. chili powder
garlic salt or powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with the onion and some chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Drain it, then return it to a large pot. Put all other ingredients in and simmer for about 30 minutes.

This soup really is delicious and easy. Just cook the beef then open a lot of cans!!
