5 lbs. potatoes
6 mashed boiled eggs
1 large finely chopped onion
3/4 medium-sized jar of drained sweet pickle cubes
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender. Allow potatoes to cool completely before adding other ingredients. Sprinkle celery seed until there is seed in every spoonful. Salt and pepper to taste.
