5 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla with mashed sweet potatoes. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes.
