4 cups beef stock or chicken stock
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 large carrots, diced
1 small can diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Cook until vegetables are tender, approximately 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. You may also choose to add some chopped beef, browned ground beef, or cooked chicken.
