1 pie crust
6 eggs
3 TBSP crumbled bacon
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. Swiss cheese, finely shredded
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk (non-fat or 2%)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pie crust. Add egg mixture to uncooked pie crust and bake at 400 for 35- 40 minutes.
