1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TBSP butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Spray popover pan with non-stick spray. Mix eggs and add remaining ingredients beating until smooth. Fill popover pans half full. Bake 15 minutes and reduce heat to 325 and bake 25- 30 minutes
