1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 TBSP butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Separate eggs, beat yolks, and add milk. Stir in flour mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into flour mixture along with butter. Bake in hot waffle iron.
