2 pkg yeast (rapid rise) 2 c. water (warm) 4 tsp. sugar 2 TBSP olive oil 1 tsp salt 6 c. flour
Mix sugar with water. Sprinkle yeast into water and stir until dissolved. Set aside 5-10 minutes. Blend flour, salt and oil in food processor or large mixer until blended. With food processor or mixer running add yeast mixture slowly until blended and process for 40 seconds more.
