1 pkg Blueberry Muffin Mix 2 TBSP cooking oil 1 egg 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 TBSP margarine/butter, melted
Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread in 9" pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Remove wax paper. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Spread brown sugar mixture over cake and microwave 1 minute (no wax paper).
