Water Chestnuts
Bacon
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chestnuts in quarters. Wrap 1/4 slice bacon around chestnut. Marinate overnight in maple syrup and soy sauce.

In morning remove the chestnuts from the sauce and place and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in a 200º oven for 30 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Put back in the sauce in a covered dish.

Refrigerate.

When ready to serve broil at 325º WATCH CLOSELY NOT TO BURN!!!

Sprinkle with brown sugar.
