1 cup dry apricots
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
4 tbsp butter
4 cups of flour
6 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of nuts

soak apricots 1/2 hour and grind
beat eggs, stir in sugar, add butter, sift dry ingredients and add alternating with juice and water, stir in nuts, mix well, stir in apricots by hand
grease loaf pans
Bake @ 3oo for 1 hour
