1 1/2 pkg graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 stick oleo
2/3 cup granulated sugar
pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Using two cookie sheets , break graham crackers apart and fill the pans fitting crackers closely together. In sauce pan, melt butter, oleo and and sugar. Mix and stir at boiling for 2 minutes. Pour hot syrup over crackers and spread to evenly coat. Add pecan pieces on top. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 oven. Remove from oven and quickly move to wax paper making sure to separate crackers. Let cool. Keep in cookie tins.

Use cookie sheet that has 4 sides, not the sheet ones. I use a metal spatula to move the crackers because the sugar clumps up on plastic ones. Watch carefully in oven, as some cook hot and they will burn easily.
