1 boneless fully cooked ham (4-6 lbs.)
3/4 c. water-- divided
1 c. packed brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
4 1/2 tsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple- undrained
2 Tbls. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 325º F. for 1-1/4 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140º and ham is heated through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 1/4 c. water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pineapple.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; stir into pineapple sauce.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with the ham.
