2 sticks oleo
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 heaping tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
2 squares bitter chocolate
2 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
melt oleo and chocolate, beat eggs and add sugar gradually add flour and baking powder to egg mixture, add chocolate, oleo mixture, vanilla and nuts, mix well, spread in 3, 8x8 greased pans
Bake @ 325 for 30 minutes until it pulls away from pan.begin icing immediately after putting brownies in oven
Icing:
1 stick oleo
2 squares bitter chocolate
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 pound powdered sugar
1 large package of miniature marshmallows
in double boiler put oleo, chocolate, evaporated milk and sugar, cook over boiling water while brownies are baking,when brownies are done remove from oven, cover evenly with one layer marshmallows, add powdered sugar to icing, beat well, add little vanilla, pour over marshmallows while icing is hot-keep hot
