1 stick butter
1 lb. chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
1 c. regular rice (uncooked) (this is not instant rice) I use Mahatma rice.
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 casserole dish. Add chicken breasts. Pour rice over the chicken. In a bowl, mix the 2 soups and 2 cups of water & pour over the chicken & rice.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Stir halfway through cooking.
