1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. Buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into lightly greased pan (8x8)
Bake at 350 F. for 25-30 min.
