2 1/2 lbs. ham--no fat (ground once) 6-8 oz. lean pork 3 oz. lean beef 2 eggs 30 Ritz crackers
Mix ingredients well--Add milk till desired consistency. Form loaf. Pat mustard over loaf, sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice over loaf. Bake 350º F. for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Baste while baking-- may need to reduce heat to 325º F.
