2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
2 Tbls. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. margarine

Sauce:
1- 10 oz. apricot preserves
1/2 c. bar-b-q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley, and salt; mix lightly.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Brown in margarine; drain.
Place in 2 quart casserole dish.

Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350º for 30 min.; stirring occasionally.

Prepare as directed except do not bake.
Cover, seal securely. Freeze.
When ready to serve, place in refrigerator 6-8 hours ahead of time.
Uncover; bake at 350º for 1 hour-- stirring occasionally.
