4 medium potatoes ( 4 cups)
1 medium onion ( 1/2 c. chopped)
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom
Soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In GREASED 1 1/4 quart casserole dish, arrange half the potatoes and 1/2 the onion.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese's.
Repeat layers.

In small bowl, combine soup, milk, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Spoon over potatoes.
Bake at 400 F. for 1 hour- covered.
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
