1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. mushrooms ( 1- 8 oz. can)
1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese-- cubed
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. milk
4 eggs- beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; drain.
Add mushrooms; set aside for 10 min.
Stir Sausage mixture, cheese and bread cubes; placing 8x8 inch dish.
Beat milk and eggs; then pour over sausage mixture.
cover, refrigerate several hours.
Remove, cover, and bake at 350 F. for 50-60 min.
