2 boxes of Jiffy Mix Corn bread
1 cup of green chili's
1 cup of red chili's
1 diced white onion
1 package of ground turkey or beef
1 can of Rotelo Mexican Chili's (hot or mild)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn bread as though you are making it by itself. Add 1 cup of green chili's, 1 cup of red chili's and 1 can (drained) of Rotelo Mexican chili's to the corn bread mix. Finely dice one white onion and also add to mix. Ground turkey or beef in a saucepan, drain and add contents to mix. Bake in pan for 25 to 30 minutes. V'loa! Viva la cornbread!
