4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 8 oz. pkg. of presliced baby bella mushrooms
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Bottle Newman's Own Italian Salad Dressing
Roma Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in oven safe dish, add mushrooms on top of chicken. Mix envelope of soup mix with salad dressing, stir until combined. Cut Roma tomatoes in half and add. Pour mixture over chicken.

Bake at 225º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The low temp and duration is Liz's secret. It makes it so tender and yummy.
